On Sunday January 25 Mark shared his view that cities need more public transportation, as well as better pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure. He is passionate about engaging in discussions about traffic issues, attributing some problems to the lack of sufficient public transit options and urban sprawl that forces reliance on cars.

As we enter the new year, and thoughts of being a bit healthier are on our minds, let us take a look at ways to adopt a more  plant focussed way of eating. We will explore vegetarian, vegan, plant based, and whole food plant based ways of eating, what each term means, and the possible benefits of a plant focussed diet.
